Sarah and Ella are experienced, BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists, offering compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 therapy for adults (18+).

We adapt 1:1 therapy to your cognitive, sensory, and emotional needs, creating a space that feels safe, inclusive, and empowering.

 

Alongside CBT, we integrate aspects of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to support emotional regulation, strengthen resilience, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

Depression &
Low Self-Esteem

Depression – Ongoing low mood and loss of interest or pleasure, often affecting sleep, energy, confidence, and daily functioning.

Low self-esteem – Persistent self-doubt and harsh self-judgment that make it hard to feel confident or value yourself.

Anxiety

  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) – persistent and excessive worry.

  • Panic Disorder – panic attacks and fear of them.

  • Agoraphobia – fear of public or open spaces.

  • Social Anxiety Disorder – severe anxiety in social or performance situations.

  • Specific Phobias – e.g., heights, spiders, flying, needles etc.

  • Health Anxiety – Persistent preoccupation with having or developing a serious illness despite medical reassurance.

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) – Recurrent intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviours performed to reduce distress or prevent feared outcomes.

  • Stress & Burnout – Feeling overwhelmed or under pressure, often leading to tension, worry, and difficulty coping with daily life.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) – Ongoing distress after a traumatic event, including intrusive memories and a heightened sense of danger. We support people experiencing PTSD related to various traumatic events, including birth trauma.
