Service Description

Join our 6-week Postnatal Wellbeing CBT Course at Serenity, led by two BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists who are mothers. This course, for mothers with children under 2, offers strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and wellbeing. Attend with or without your child under 2 years old. Learn CBT strategies in a supportive environment where you can connect with other mothers.
